House Rules:

- It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments. There is an ashtray on the porch.
- It is not allowed to smoke cannabis on the premises.
- No parties or loud music.
- Visitors are notified in advance to the reception / owner.
- After 22:00 visitors are not allowed.
- Visitors do not stay overnight.
- Pets are not allowed, we have our own dog (as security/safety)
- Do not feed the animals present in the garden.
- Turn off the water heater when not in use.
- Have respect for other guests.
- If you want to give a tip, please put it in the tip-box.
  Not only the cleaning staff,  but also the gardener and the day/night watchman    ensure a pleasant stay. All tips are distributed to all our employees on a weekly      basis.
